Job Description and Responsibilities:

Dassault Systemes is looking for a proactive, ambitious, and high-achieving Event Manager to deliver on business priorities by executing 3rd Party trade shows, sales meetings, and other events to ensure all aspects run smoothly and meet the goals established for the event. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have hands-on experience in event execution and project planning of all types, be a self-starter and have excellent organization, communication, and production mastery skills.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and execute or support multiple events with competing and every-changing priorities.
• Event support on strategic programs, including roadshow, internal/external events, sales kick off and Corporate Visits/Executive Briefings when applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on event objectives, themes and key messages in support with company goals
• Manage vendors, contracts, production schedules, logistics and budgets
• Evaluate and report on event performance, post-event ROI tracking, and assist with postmortem debrief(s)
• Package the event content to be usable through communication campaign (social media, media relations…)
• Strong project management and organization skills with an ability to develop and deliver events and programs within an ever-evolving environment. Creation of project plans and budgets (prepare, manage and reconcile)
• Ability to lead team working on an event and direct many facets at one time.
• Collaborate and interact effectively with senior management, middle management and peers.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree college or university; and 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the exhibit/event industry or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or event/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. B2B SaaS company experience a plus.
• Team leader with a proven track record in leading, mentoring and inspiring teams with superior time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of tools like MS Project, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Visio and analytics tools
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when/as required.
• Experience running hosted and 3rd party virtual events & webinars
• Ability to travel to onsite deliverables when appropriate. 25-30% required travel
